The toolbar is compatible with IE 6+ on systems running Windows XP, Vista, 7.

As for Linux-since the toolbar is a subset of Mozilla XUL it should work but we do not support this

Will the Toolbar install spyware, adware or malware on my computer?

No. The Toolbar is a simple plug-in that provides ready access to the features and functions you use online every day – plus some new tools you'll love! It is free of spyware, adware and malware.

If I search through the Toolbar, will I receive the same quality search results?

Absolutely! Our partnerships with search providers allow us to deliver the same quality search results you would otherwise receive by using some of your favorite search engines.

Why am I getting a notification that my search is invalid?

We use sophisticated algorithms to determine valid searches in accordance with our search providers! If you are not credited for your searches it means they have been flagged as invalid. Please understand that the current status is not permanent. You will receive credit for your searches if you continue to search naturally throughout your day.

Why isn’t my toolbar counting ALL of my searches and my stats been reset to zero?

If your toolbar has suddenly stopped counting your searches and/or your statistics seem to have been reset, you may have been logged out of the toolbar. You should log out and back in to the toolbar.

How do I remove other Toolbars I've previously installed, so I'm just using your Toolbar?

It's quick and easy to remove other Toolbars you've installed on Internet Explorer and Firefox.

How to remove Toolbars from Internet Explorer:
1. Go to the "Start" menu on your computer
2. Select "Control Panel"
3. Go to "Add/Remove Programs"
4. Remove the Toolbar that you no longer want
5. Restart your computer

How to remove Toolbars from Firefox:
1. Go to the "Tools" menu on your browser
2. Click "Add-ons"
3. Highlight the Toolbar you'd like to remove and click "Uninstall"
4. Restart your browser

Help! Why am I receiving errors when I try to install the Toolbar?

If you receive strange errors when trying to install the Toolbar, you may not have the proper administrative privileges on your computer. Before installing the Toolbar, make sure that you are using the computer's administrator account. If problems persist, contact the administrator to install the Toolbar for you.

I installed the Toolbar but I do not see it on my browser. What should I do?

If your Toolbar does not immediately appear after installation, it may be hidden.

How to unhide your Toolbar on Internet Explorer or Firefox:
1. Go to the "View" menu on your browser.
2. Select "Toolbars"
3. Check the Toolbar name by clicking it. It should automatically appear in your browser.

If the Toolbar is already checked, your browser may not be recognizing it. Uncheck it and check it again. If you still do not see the Toolbar, it has not been properly installed. Go back to the Toolbar install page and try installing it again.

If you are still experiencing problems in Internet Explorer 6 or higher, take the following steps:
1. Go to "Tools"
2. Click "Internet Options"
3. Click "Advanced" tab
4. Check the box labeled "Enable third party browser extensions"
5. Restart your browser

How can I move the Toolbar to a different location on my Internet Explorer browser window?

To move the Toolbar on your browser window, you must first unlock it. Simply right click on the Toolbar and deselect "Lock the Toolbars" option. Then move the Toolbar anywhere you'd like at the top of your browser.

Note: You can only move the Toolbar to locations at the top of your browser window. Toolbars cannot be placed on the side or the bottom of the browser window.

How do I search the web with the Toolbar?

Just to the right of the logo in your Toolbar, type in your search term then hit "Enter" on your keyboard. Your search results will appear in the browser window. It's that simple!

Why did my search counter reset to zero?

Some of our RewardsBars automatically reset at the start of each month. When you login to your membership site you should see your complete activity history.
