Job Description
 

Our employees are our most valuable asset & are treated as such, making FreeCause a great place to work in HR.  Reporting to the Director of HR, our HR Administrator will be a pivotal member of our team.  

 

Responsibilities:                                      

  • Ensure timely payroll reporting to our corporate payroll team.  
  • Administer our new hire on-boarding and termination processes, including preparing paperwork and creating/maintaining HR files.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations
  • Assisting in the development, implementation & administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs.
  • Coordinate Trainings
  • Recruitment Coordination
  • Manage Highly Confidential Information
  • Collect data and prepare reports using PowerPoint & Excel.

 

Qualifications
 
Required:
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Bachelor’s Degree
  • Passion for HR & Perpetuating an Exceptional Corporate Culture
  • Sense of Humor
  • 2+ Years of HR Experience in a Fast-Paced, Preferably High-Tech, Corporate Environment
  • Strong organizational skills and diligent follow up, ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
