Job Description

As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the support of our corporate development, R&D, test and production infrastructures, including storage, networking, virtual and bare metal services, as well as cloud-based services. As a key member of the Operations team, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining virtualized and cloud-based UNIX/Linux system, but you will also get the opportunity to work with cutting-edge service management and database technologies. You will also work internationally as a team lead for 3rd-level internal user support in conjunction with the company’s Global Helpdesk.

  • BSc degree in Computer Science.
  • 3-7 years of experience with UNIX and/or Linux systems administration.
  • Solid experience with open-source virtualization solutions (XenServer, KVM).
  • Experience with networking technologies and protocols, including routers, firewalls, load-balancers, proxies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of storage systems, including SAN/NAS, GlusterFS, Openstack Swift.
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios).
  • Solaris, OpenSolaris or SmartOS administration.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation, using Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.\
  • Expertise with database systems, including relational (MySQL) and documented-oriented noSQL (MongoDB) systems.


  • Deep understanding of IaaS systems, such as OpenStack, Cloudstack, Eucalyptus, OpenNebula, etc.
  • Experience building and maintaining GlusterFS clusters.
  • Experience working within a global firm.
