Job Description
 

Reporting to the Director of Sales, our Sales Manager will be a pivotal, senior member of our talented sales team chartered with identifying & closing fortune 2000 clients. This is a technology sales and business development role that will require expertise in: prospecting (including cold calling), incubation, presentations, overcoming objections, project management, closing business & documented client transitions.  In other words, we are looking for our next sales rock star!


Responsibilities:

  • Grow Company Revenue and Gross Margin by Quota/Target-based Sales Approach
  • Strategically Position FreeCause and FreeCause Products in the Loyalty Marketplace
  • Facilitate Communication between Clients and Internal Teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, Product Development)
  • Conduct Key Performance Indicator Analysis & Client Revenue Forecasts
  • Travel to International & Domestic Client Sites
Qualifications
 
Required:
  • Experience Presenting to C-Level Executives of Fortune 2000 Companies
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Complex, Sophisticated, Technology Sales Experience
  • Ability to Calibrate Style across a Broad Range of Clients with Chameleon-like Adaptation Capability
  • Ability to Excel without Formal training
  • Strong Relationships in the Loyalty Space (Travel, Air, Hotel, Car, and Financial Services)
  • Enterprise Sales Experience
  • Energetic, Intelligent and Exceptional  Interpersonal Skills
  •  Thorough Understanding of Social Media and Web 2.0 Solutions
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Documented Success Growing Client Revenue and Increasing Gross Margin
  • Experience Interacting with Senior, C-Level Executives (B2B)
  • Experience with Toolbars, Loyalty Marketing Platforms and Social Networking Applications Highly Desirable
  • International Sales Experience
